I don't know anything about ssd, but i need one with atleast 500gb, that doesn't require and ssd place on the motherboard, it's using sata cables but as fast as an ssd.

Dear Friend. May be you can help me. I have some old servers in stock Intel KSW480 with SCSI drives. The servers are ok and for what I need do the job. Issue is that I need more drive space. Can I use SAS drives in the server ? If yes, what kind of adaptor I need to use ?
